TRX

TRX, or Total Resistance exercise, utilizes suspension training to engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, providing a challenging and dynamic workout.

JUMP 45

Ready, set, jump! This 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact class utilizes a rebounder (mini-trampoline) to challenge and improve cardiovascular health while strengthening all major muscle groups. The benefits of jump are endless: it boosts balance and stability, strengthens pelvic floor muscles, sustains and improves bone health, it is gentle on joints, and does so without all the pounding.

KFT

Experience KettleBell Functional Training with just one piece of equipment, that will target multiple muscle groups, including your core, arms, legs, and back. The swinging and explosive movements involved in kettlebell exercises not only build strength and endurance but also improve flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

POP Pilates

POP Pilates is inspired by classical Pilates, and it's a full-body cardio, strength and flexibility workout using nothing but your own bodyweight and a yoga mat. Pop Pilates challenging’s you to develop incredible core strength.
