Participant Requirements:
Athletic shoes required: Participants are advised to wear athletic shoes, ensuring proper support during the dynamic movements involved in HIIT exercises.
Handwraps & Boxing Gloves are required for all classes and training sessions.
Boxing Gloves are provided at no extra cost.
Handwraps are highly recommended to protect your wrists and knuckles during training.
Who Can Join: EVERYONE! Whether you're a pro in the ring or lacing up gloves for the first time, this class is designed to meet you where you are and push you to your personal best.
Attire: Wear appropriate workout attire, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.
Mindset: Come prepared to challenge yourself, push your boundaries, and enjoy a high-energy workout.
Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in a loss of a class pass and a $20 fee.
