BOX HIIT at Day Fitness is a dynamic, 45-minute class designed for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of boxing techniques and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

7 Rounds of Boxing at Day Fitness: A 45-minute workout that will leave you feeling unstoppable! 

Warm-Up Like a Champ: Start with dynamic stretches and shadow boxing to fire up your core and build your rhythm.

Feel the Burn: Dive into high-intensity interval training (HIIT) rounds that combine boxing drills with strength and cardio moves.

Elevate Your Energy: Get lost in the moment with heart-pumping playlists, vibrant lighting, and the encouragement of our high-energy coaches guiding you every step of the way.

Participant Requirements:

  • Athletic shoes required: Participants are advised to wear athletic shoes, ensuring proper support during the dynamic movements involved in HIIT exercises.

  • Handwraps & Boxing Gloves are required for all classes and training sessions.

  • Boxing Gloves are provided at no extra cost.

  • Handwraps are highly recommended to protect your wrists and knuckles during training.

Who Can Join: EVERYONE! Whether you're a pro in the ring or lacing up gloves for the first time, this class is designed to meet you where you are and push you to your personal best.

Attire: Wear appropriate workout attire, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.

Mindset: Come prepared to challenge yourself, push your boundaries, and enjoy a high-energy workout.

Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in a loss of a class pass and a $20 fee.
