Day Fit Kids Club! 

Day Fit Kids Club is a fun, energetic, and engaging fitness program designed specifically for kids. Our goal is to keep your little ones active, healthy, and happy while instilling a love for fitness from an early age.

When? Every Sunday, starting September 22nd

What to Expect: At Day Fit Kids Club, we believe in nurturing a balanced approach to fitness. Our program is designed to engage kids in activities that target the five essential components of physical fitness:

  • Body Composition: Through fun games and activities, kids will learn the importance of maintaining a healthy balance of muscle and fat.

  • Flexibility: We’ll incorporate stretching exercises and playful activities to help improve their flexibility and range of motion.

  • Muscular Strength: Safe and age-appropriate strength exercises will help your child build muscular strength and confidence.

  • Muscular Endurance: Activities like relay races and endurance games will enhance their ability to sustain physical activity over time.

  • Cardiorespiratory Endurance: Running, jumping, and other cardio-based activities will keep their hearts healthy and strong.

Who Can Join: Children of all fitness levels, ages 5-14.

Time: 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm (ages 5-9) 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm (ages 10-14)

Cost: 1 Class Pass $28, 5 Class Pass $130, 10 Class Pass $245, 20 Class Pass $380, 30 Class Pass $510

Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in a loss of a class pass and a $20 fee.
