FAQs

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP ONLINE??

It is recommended to sign up online but not required. Space is limited, so signing up ahead of time is advised to guarantee your space in the class. This is particularly relevant if classes have limited capacity or tend to fill up quickly.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Participants are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to give yourself ample time to setup.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Towel.

Participants are advised to bring their own yoga mat. This is a standard item for many fitness classes, providing a comfortable and hygienic surface for exercises. Bringing a water bottle is recommended. Staying hydrated during the practice is important, and having a personal water bottle ensures easy access to water throughout the session. A towel is suggested for use during the practice. It can be used for wiping sweat and enhancing overall comfort.

WHERE CAN I STORE MY VALUABLES?

The studio offers multiple options for storage, including locker rooms, storage lockers, and cubbies. This provides flexibility for participants to choose the storage option that suits their preferences.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY FIRST CLASS?

Participants are encouraged to refer to the class description page. This is important for understanding the intensity of each Day Fitness class, helping individuals choose a class that aligns with their preferences and fitness levels. Participants are invited to take breaks and hydrate during the class. This emphasizes flexibility and the acknowledgment that individuals may need to pause or hydrate as needed. Emphasis is placed on respecting your body and your practice. This encourages participants to listen to their bodies, honor their limits, and engage in the practice at their own pace.
