Pregnancy Pilates Fusion

In the prenatal period, Pilates is used for posture improvement, improvement of joint movement, flexibility, relief of stress, and improved body strength, balance, and muscle tone. Prenatal Pilates exercises engage the entire body by accenting the core muscles, including obliques, abdominals, and Kegel muscles.

Prenatal Pilates focuses on activating the transverse abdominals that wrap around your torso like a corset, giving the feeling of “hugging the baby” while lifting the pelvic floor muscles simultaneously. Still, it's equally important to relax both the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

We want a happy, stable pelvis during your pregnancy.
