Mommy and Me Day Fitness Fun at Day Fitness!

Bond with your little one while breaking a sweat! This 45-minute class includes:

  • Warm-Up Together: Light stretches and fun music to get moving.

  • Interactive Exercises: Squats, lunges, and planks with baby/toddler in tow (or even as your “weight”).

  • Core Workouts: Strengthen your core with baby-friendly floor exercises.

  • Cool Down Playtime: Gentle stretches and games to wrap up the session.

Who Can Join: Perfect for moms with kids aged 3 months to 12 months. Let’s make fitness a family affair!

Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in a loss of a class pass and a $20 fee.
